Aims review Hotel News in Dallas
The famous landmark hotel ” The Adolphuss in Dallas ” been around a while it has stood the test of time 2 world wars have passed and it’s still open for business it is more than 100 years old and is the most respected hotel in downtown Dallas.
The new owners of the Hotel say that they will not be making any major changes, but the money that will be spent will be what is needed and will be in keeping with the character of the building.
The new owners are not in a hurry and will make sure that any reforms are done sympathetically to the property, overall the hotel does well and is not under any financial pressure.
Aims Review reveals the new owners
The new owners are RockBridge whom are based in Ohio the last major makeover was back in the 1980 so it needs a freshening up, of course many now think that the style of the 1980s is very dated and it needs to be changed luckily they tried to stay the hotels character
The Hotel has a good brand and a good reputation which will be built upon even more RockBridge business is hotels and has been in business since the 1970s it has over 300 Hotels in its group and is looking to expand further.
The Dallas hotel was built by a beer baron back in the early 1900s
The Hotel has competition with the well known Brand the Ritz Carlton and will have to fight to take business away from them, but they seem pretty determined.
The new owners will try to expand the convention side of the business as Dallas is a great city for conventions and a great hub for travelers.
Dallas has been overlooked by the convention business as but we believe that we can change the perception of that with this iconic building and excellent location
